Expand Your Vision

“Pain pushes until vision pulls.” Rev. Michael Beckwith

How often do you feel that aching inside your body because you KNOW there has got to be something better for me? How many times have you thought, “There has GOT to be a loving partner out there who wants to love me, not use me. There has GOT to be a loving relationship for me that doesn’t leave me feeling shattered. Others seem to find it, why can’t I? I’ve tried everything! How do I even begin to go about achieving this?”

“The vision process is always self-examination. It’s never, “Please, God, I want this. Make this happen.” It’s always, “What do I have to become to live the vision, to manifest it, to reveal it?” “What will I need to give up in order to have the life, love, success I long for?” Holding a vision always requires us to adjust ourselves in some way in order to accommodate that vision. We are used to defining who we are from our past and by what is happening to us right now. Remember, it’s the future you’re standing for, and not the past, that determines who you are going to be and what is possible for you.

Katherine Woodward Thomas, creator of Conscious Uncoupling states that once we begin living from a vision that is pulling us toward its fulfillment, we’re no longer confined to suffering as our main catalyst for personal growth. Sound good? It sounded good to me, too. This vision process is one of the many skills and capacities clients learn through the Five Step Conscious Uncoupling Program. Curious if the Conscious Uncoupling process is right for you? Please reach out to me. I would love to chat with you further.
